"loved the turn down service lost a bag in your lobby. we couldn't get into housekeeping until the next day and it never was recovered. that was too bad."

"1- Salad plates used at the top floor revolving restaurant were extremely small, or perhaps intentionally small to help people diet! 2- The breakfast plates were too small, same as above. 3- Breakfast assortment was moderate in relation to the hotel. We expected it to be richer!!"
